Gratituesday: MIL
Last week I wrote how thankful I am for my husband. But that got me thinking, there are two things that made him as wonderful as he is. The first is the Grace of God and the second is a praying mother who never gave up sharing scripture with him. So of course I am first thankful to God for making such a wonderful man and second for my mother in law for all of her tears and prayers while he was growing.
My husband will be the first to regretful admit that he brought his mother to tears many times in his life. But that never stopped her from praying for God’s Grace on him or sharing a verse that she thought was helpful to him. Her faith stayed strong and now her son is strong in Christ as well.

Thanks for the reminder. I get frustrated with my in-laws a lot and it’s important to remember that they are a huge part of why my husband is such a great man today. I need to focus more on that

I really like this reminder to be thankful for our in laws. I’ve always gotten along well with both my mother and father in law…but I need to be especially grateful that they raised such a great son! Yea for them!
